Refund & Cancellation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to secure reservation dates.
• Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival are eligible for an 80% refund, less processing fees.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the dates are re-booked.

Chauffeur and private transfer services require at least 48 hours' notice for a full cancellation refund.

Management services are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
